Refund Policy

At Northern Valley Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying software online requires trust, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our policies.

Digital Products

Our products (Pad Engine, Roomtone Amp Sim, and Aqua Chorus) are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital products can be downloaded and used immediately, we generally cannot offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will gladly provide a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical issues: If the plugin does not work on your system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice or made an unintended purchase.
  • Product not as advertised: If the plugin is missing features that were explicitly advertised on our website at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at northernvalleyaudio@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your order number or the email address used for purchase
  • The product you purchased
  • The reason for your refund request
  • For technical issues: your operating system version, DAW name and version, and a description of the problem

We review all refund requests individually and will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

If you're experiencing technical difficulties, please reach out to our support team first. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a few troubleshooting steps. We're here to help you get the most out of your purchase.

A Note on Chargebacks

If you're considering a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we kindly ask that you contact us first at northernvalleyaudio@gmail.com. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks create additional fees and complications for small businesses like ours, and we'd much rather work directly with you to find a solution.
